Breaking the Silence: Mental Health Matters

SYMPOSIUM POSTING (5)

SAN PEDRO CITY, LAGUNA — The message that mental health matters resonated at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School through the program “Breaking the Silence: Mental Health Matters,” held in cooperation with the Kapakinig Mental Health Organization and The Catalyst Christian Sniper Eagles Club NCR 65.
The initiative featured lectures, inspirational talks, activities, and an open forum designed to promote mental health awareness and encourage participants to openly discuss their experiences and concerns.
Supporting the advocacy as one of the program’s sponsors, YIN WOOD EVEREST PRINTING CO. LTD., together with Captain Palacio, extended their support to help make the meaningful initiative possible. Their involvement reflects the value of community partnerships in strengthening programs that promote awareness, compassion, and well-being.
More than an event, “Breaking the Silence” served as a reminder that mental health deserves attention and understanding. Through the collective efforts of the organizers, school community, and sponsors, the program continues to encourage people to speak up, listen without judgment, and remind everyone that no one has to face their struggles alone.
